Request MediGhor Account Deletion
Last updated: October 13, 2026
One Request Page for All MediGhor Accounts
This page covers patients using MediGhor, doctors using Doctor Management By MediGhor (MediGhor Doctor), and users of MediGhor's chamber services and web portals. You can request account and associated data deletion using the contact below, including when you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app.
Request Deletion by Email
Email [email protected] with the subject MediGhor account deletion request.
- Send the request from your registered email address if you can access it.
- State which account you want deleted: patient, doctor, chamber, or more than one.
- Include the registered email or phone number needed to identify that account.
- State that you want the account and its associated personal data deleted.
If you cannot access your registered email, explain this in your request. Account ownership needs to be verified before deletion. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, identity-document images, or patient medical records in your initial email.
Opening this page or your email app does not submit a request or delete anything. Sending a request does not confirm that deletion has been completed. Ask support for confirmation of the affected accounts, completion time, and any data that will remain.
Patient App: Request Deletion in the App
The MediGhor patient app also provides an account deletion option:
- Step 1: Open the MediGhor patient app and sign in.
- Step 2: Go to your Profile page.
- Step 3: Tap Delete Account.
- Step 4: Read the confirmation and confirm your request.
This schedules the patient account for deletion. Follow the timing and cancellation information provided for that request. These steps do not establish that a linked doctor or chamber account, or its professional records, has also been deleted.
What to Include in Your Deletion Request
Depending on the account you use, your request can cover:
- All account types: name, email, phone number, profile picture, and account preferences.
- Patient accounts: your health records, visit files, family connections, reviews, reminders, and other account activity.
- Doctor accounts: professional profile, verification application, credential documents, verification photographs, signature, and practice information.
- Chamber accounts: staff access, chamber profile, schedules, and related account information.
Specify each account or service you want included. Deleting your account does not automatically delete another person's account, a patient's independently held records, or copies that someone has already downloaded.
Processing Time and Data That May Remain
Deletion handling differs by account type. Doctor and chamber records require a separate review; their complete removal is not currently included in the patient account's automatic cleanup. Professional profiles, credential documents, verification photographs, signatures, and practice records may remain until separately addressed. There is currently no published fixed completion period for these requests.
The patient account cleanup retains an audit record that includes the original account email. No automatic deletion period is currently configured for that audit record. We therefore do not promise that every item of personal data is removed within 24–48 hours or 30 days for every account type.
Ask support which data will be deleted, which records will be retained, the reason for retaining them, and the applicable retention period before treating a request as complete. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
Cancel a Request or Check Its Status
Reply to your deletion-request email if you want to cancel or check progress. A request can only be cancelled before the relevant data has been permanently removed. For an in-app patient request, follow the cancellation instructions for that account.
