Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account

MediGhor allows you to delete specific data from your account without requiring you to delete your entire account. You can manage and remove your data directly from the app.

Types of Data You Can Delete

The following data can be individually deleted from within the MediGhor app:

• Medical Records: Delete individual health issues, visit records, and uploaded medical files.
• Shared Records: Revoke shared medical record access at any time.
• Family Members: Remove family member connections and their associated data.
• Reviews: Delete reviews and ratings you have submitted for doctors or hospitals.
• Reminders: Remove any health reminders you have created.
• Blood Donation Requests: Delete blood donation requests you have posted.
• Profile Picture: Remove your profile picture or family member avatars.
• Device Registrations: Unregister devices from push notifications.

How to Delete Your Data

• Medical Records: Go to Health Issues → select a record → tap Delete.
• Visit Files: Open a visit record → find the file → tap Delete.
• Family Members: Go to Family → select a member → tap Remove.
• Reviews: Go to your reviews → select a review → tap Delete.
• Reminders: Go to Reminders → select a reminder → tap Delete.
• Blood Donation Requests: Go to Blood Donation → select your request → tap Delete.

What Happens When You Delete Data

• Deleted data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
• Any files stored in the cloud associated with deleted records will also be removed.
• Your account remains active with all other data intact.

Delete All Data (Full Account Deletion)
